Tasty, flavorful, and simple to make, vegan garlic mashed potatoes!

  • 10 Yukon Gold potatoes 
  • 4 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegan sour cream
  • ½ cup of vegan milk of choice
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon complete seasoning 
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-2 leaves of chopped chives or green onions


  1. Clean the potatoes. 
  2. Cut the potatoes into fourths (peel the potatoes before cutting if that is preferred).
  3. Place the potatoes into a pot and boil them for 30 minutes or until tender. Check to see if you can pierce your potatoes with a fork; if they pierce then they are ready.
  4. Drain the water from the pot.
  5. Add ½ cup of vegan milk and mix in.
  6. Add 4 tablespoons of vegan butter and mix.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of vegan sour cream and mix.
  8. Add 3 tablespoons of minced garlic and mix.
  9. Add 1 tablespoon of complete seasoning,1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper and mix all ingredients. 
  10. Plate your mashed potatoes and sprinkle the chopped up garnish (green onion or chives) for your vegan garlic mashed potatoes.
